i once sat
i once sat
under
the bodhi tree,
contemplatively.
only to discover
I'd sat upon
a hill of utmost
importance.
marching
systematically
under me,
a colony
of
well versed
bellicose
dogmatic
ants.
simultaneously
from one of
autumn's final
breaths,
a
solitary
leaf
falls
manna falling
Himalayan peeks
lifting Ganges' marigolds
sink
Swaying
casually and
finally
gracing my
exposed
sole.
rollicking,
that fallen leaf
reminded me
